Recent Highlights: 

• Amsterdam Football Tour: Students honed their football skills while experiencing the vibrant Dutch culture. 
• New York Cultural Immersion: Students visited iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty and Times Square, learning about American history and society. 
• Parisian Adventures: Students explored the City of Lights, visiting the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc de Triomphe. 
• Imperial War Museum Visit: Students gained a deeper understanding of World War I and World War II through interactive exhibits and artifacts. 
• Lake District Field Trips: Students enjoyed hiking, boating, and exploring the stunning landscapes of the Lake District. 
• Italian Ski Trip: Students learned to ski or improved their skills while enjoying the beautiful Italian Alps. 
• Year 7 Team Building Residential: Students strengthened bonds with their classmates and developed essential teamwork skills. 
• Harry Potter Experience: Students immersed themselves in the magical world of Harry Potter at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour. 

Upcoming Events: 

• Millfield Moments: As part of their time at Millfield, all students will enjoy a cultural experience at one of our chosen venues, exploring museums, castles, theatres, and places of religious worship to expand their cultural capital. 
• Millfield Skiing trip: The Skiing trip will take place in February 2025. This opportunity will provide students with the chance to Ski in Italy and experience the culture of one best Skiing sites in Europe.  
• Barcelona Football Trip: This trip is a football-based trip where attendees will be able to play against teams from Barcelona, while also see some of the amazing sites Barcelona have to offer.
• Iceland Geography trip: The aim of this trip is preparing students looking to take Geography as a GCSE. Students will have a chance to see a real-life Volcano while also experiencing the culture of Iceland.
