Our exciting programme of school trips offers students unique opportunities to explore diverse cultures, historical sites, and natural wonders. From international adventures to local excursions, our trips are designed to enrich your education, foster personal growth, and create lasting memories.
Recent Highlights:
- Amsterdam Football Tour: Students honed their football skills while experiencing the vibrant Dutch culture.
- Barcelona Football Trip: This trip was a football-based trip where attendees were able to play against teams from Barcelona, while also seeing some of the amazing sites Barcelona had to offer.
- New York Cultural Immersion: Students visited iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty and Times Square, learning about American history and society.
- Millfield Skiing trip: The Skiing trip took place in February 2025. This opportunity provided students with the chance to Ski in Italy and experience the culture of one best Skiing sites in Europe.
- Madrid Languages trip: Students were able to experience the culture and lifestyles of citizens from Madrid while also seeing some of the unbelievable sites on offer, such as the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium home of Real Madrid.
- Iceland Geography trip: The aim of this trip was preparing students looking to take Geography as a GCSE. Students had the chance to see a real-life Volcano while also experiencing the culture of Iceland.
- Parisian Adventures: Students explored the City of Lights, visiting the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc de Triomphe.
- Imperial War Museum Visit: Students gained a deeper understanding of World War I and World War II through interactive exhibits and artifacts.
- Lake District Field Trips: Students enjoyed hiking, boating, and exploring the stunning landscapes of the Lake District.
- Italian Ski Trip: Students learned to ski or improved their skills while enjoying the beautiful Italian Alps.
- Harry Potter Experience: Students will immerse themselves in the magical world of Harry Potter at the Warner Bros and have a Studio Tour.
Upcoming Events:
- Millfield Moments: As part of their time at Millfield, all students will enjoy a cultural experience at one of our chosen venues, exploring museums, castles, theatres, and places of religious worship to expand their cultural capital.
- Year 7 Team Building Residential: Students will strengthen their bonds with their new classmates and developed essential teamwork skills.
